ELF IS HERE!!

People ask us all the time, why in the world do you play the movie “Elf” all day, every day, from November 1st until December 31st?

An easy answer to that is because WE ARE CRAZY! We know we aren’t the only people in Cabot that are crazy about Elf, so we want to make ALL OF YOU CRAZY TOO! But seriously, some people do ask us “Why?” We want to answer that for you once and for all! We came up with a list of the top 10 reasons that we do this antic every Christmas Season. Help us count them down

10. Because we like to smile, smiling’s our favorite!

Seriously. We are kinda in the business of smiles around here? If we didn’t believe in smiling that would be kinda weird… since it’s what we do here.

9. Because we want too.

We don’t have to explain this one. We just want to. It makes us feel good. We think it’s fun.

8. What else should we be playing on our 17, 55 inch Tv’s?

If you do the math, Elf plays in our office 4,743 times per year if you include all of our TVs playing it constantly every day!

7. Wait, you are telling us there are other Christmas movies to watch?

There are other good Christmas movies… just don’t tell Dr. Owen. He’s doesn’t care. Elf is the best!

6.  If you can’t laugh at “Elf”, then what can you laugh at?

Funny the first time. Funny the 4,743rd time!

5. Because Dr. Owen secretly wants to torture us all.

So, yeah. Us girls in the office here like Elf. But Dr. Owen really really really likes it. Can playing a videos close to 5,000 times a year be considered torture? Maybe…

4. Because we want to give you something to smile about.

This is what we do. It’s our thing. People far and wide know us for playing Elf for 1/6th of the entire year. We’re Elf-famous!

Now you can see that there is a method to our madness. Christmas comes once a year and we like to make each and every one of you smile and laugh with us. Dr. Owen would love nothing more than you guys to come and watch it in the office with us to get into the Holiday Spirit!
